1. Company and scope
These proposed terms relate to the public Traveloptix website and, where separately agreed, access to Traveloptix services. The registered company name, company number, registered office and formal notice contact require confirmation before publication. Platform customer agreements, supplier booking conditions and any consumer terms must be distinguished from these website terms.
2. Information and availability
The public website describes planned and progressively introduced features. Descriptions, illustrations and examples are informational and do not constitute a promise that a particular service, supplier, fare or feature is currently available. We will identify features that are not yet operational.
3. Accounts and environments
Personal Travel, Business Travel and Travel Partners are separate access environments. An account or authority in one environment does not create an identity, permission or session in another. Corporate and partner access may require onboarding, verification and contractual approval. Users must protect their credentials and use only the access they are authorised to hold.
4. Travel bookings and suppliers
When booking functionality becomes available, the identity of the contractual travel provider, any intermediary or agency role, booking terms, cancellation conditions, payment recipient and applicable consumer protections must be disclosed during the relevant booking journey. Traveloptix's role may vary by product and commercial arrangement. These public website terms do not replace supplier contracts or remove statutory rights.
5. Pricing, payments and refunds
Actual prices, currency, taxes, charges, payment methods and refund conditions must be displayed at the relevant transaction stage. No booking, payment or refund entitlement is created by browsing this public website. Any future payment processing and customer funds arrangements must be separately reviewed for regulatory compliance.
6. Acceptable use
Visitors must not attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person's information, interfere with service availability, introduce malicious code, scrape protected services unlawfully or misrepresent booking authority. Reasonable security and abuse controls may be applied in accordance with law and applicable contracts.
7. Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, Traveloptix branding, site design and original content are intended to be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, photographs and supplier materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences. Visitors may use the site for lawful personal or authorised business purposes.
8. Liability and statutory rights
Website information may be updated and availability may change. Any limitation of liability must be assessed for enforceability under the applicable law and contractual relationship. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or diminish mandatory consumer or data protection rights.
9. Governing law and disputes
Isle of Man law is the proposed governing law for these website terms, subject to mandatory laws that may apply to particular users or transactions. Jurisdiction, complaints handling and dispute-resolution procedures require legal review before final adoption. For general enquiries, see our Contact page.
10. Privacy, cookies and updates
Read the separate Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Material changes to these terms should be identified with an effective date and, where required, appropriate notice. These terms remain a draft until formally approved.
